Privacy

What we collect. When you use our contact, waitlist, or licence request forms, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, company (if provided), project type, and message — along with basic technical metadata such as the time of submission and your IP address. If you create an account, we also hold your email address and the names, scopes, and expiry dates of the API keys you create; the keys themselves are stored only as hashes, so nobody — including us — can read one back.

Why we collect it. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to tell you when the Helion robot ships if you joined the waitlist, and to operate your account and its API keys.

Retention. We keep submissions only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete them.

No sale of data. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Third parties. Your data lives with the infrastructure providers that host this site and its database, and account sign-in is handled by Google’s Firebase Authentication. They process this data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
